Welcome to the badge request platform for SOLUTRANS 2025, the must-attend biennial event for road and urban transport professionals.
After registration, you will be able to retrieve your badge in digital format for presentation at the event. As part of a responsible approach, we encourage you to present it in digital format.

- enter your email adress and password

Individual visitor: Free with online pre-registration before the event & on-site.
Individual Student / Group of students: Free for online registration and at the exhibition entrance

Journalist: Free request subject to eligibility (press card required).
Closing of online accreditations: November 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
For on-site accreditation present at the press welcome desk.
